- What is your processing time on orders?

Please note that there is a 48-72 hour processing time for all orders. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

- What is Gilded Nights's return policy?

Soap: We do not offer returns or exchanges for soap products at this time. If you have any issues or are not satisfied, please contact us at help@gildednights.com.

All Other Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility, and we suggest using a trackable method for returns.

After receiving and inspecting your return, please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

For products that are defective or damaged, please contact us help@gildednights.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Absolutely! We love creating custom orders. Please message us at hello@gildednights.com or via our contact form with your ideas, and we'll bring them to life.

- My tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.

We understand how frustrating this can be. Occasionally, tracking information is incorrect and shows that packages are delivered when they are still in transit. Please wait 3 business days, and if your package still hasn't arrived, contact us.
